Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process moved along pretty quickly and the people I talked to from Strategy, Production, and Project Management were all really nice. They asked me about my previous experience, what I'm interested in, and what I hope to achieve in my career.

3 rounds total. The first round was with the lead and it went pretty well. The second round was with the VP, and I had two medium coding problems. I managed to solve them, but I struggled with the follow-ups because the VP increased the complexity of the problems.

The interview process was pretty good and professional, although the interviewer didn't seem very interested or engaged. They seemed like nice people, though. It looked like how well your portfolio matched the role was really important.
