The interview process was quite long, spanning about four weeks. I applied online and was contacted quickly, completing an initial interview with an HR recruiter within a week. About a week later, I had an in-person interview with the showroom manager and several team members, followed by the Caliper assessment. I was then scheduled for a third interview via video with the regional manager. I followed up twice with HR over the next couple of weeks after my final interview and was told I should expect an update the following week. Unfortunately, I never received a final response and was ultimately ghosted.

Applied online and then got called by the recruiter who set up an interview with the showroom manager. Then I was sent the Caliper test which was hard and took hours. After that, I had a third interview with the regional manager. Got a verbal offer, but then had to wait two weeks for corporate approval. Had to follow up via email and phone calls a few times because it took so long.

Had a quick call with HR, then they sent over a Caliper Assessment Test. I followed up a couple times via email and a phone call, but they ended up going with someone they were already talking to. Still not sure if that's true since the job is still up. Seems like Kohler really just cares about Caliper results, and the initial steps don't really consider experience or qualifications. Not sure if that's a good way to gauge success, it kind of takes the human element out of it. Too bad, I actually like their products.
