The interview process was quite long, spanning about four weeks. I applied online and was contacted quickly, completing an initial interview with an HR recruiter within a week. About a week later, I had an in-person interview with the showroom manager and several team members, followed by the Caliper assessment. I was then scheduled for a third interview via video with the regional manager. I followed up twice with HR over the next couple of weeks after my final interview and was told I should expect an update the following week. Unfortunately, I never received a final response and was ultimately ghosted.
So I had this phone interview first, like 10-15 mins. Then the next week, a 1-hour Zoom call with HR. And the week after that, I went in person for another 1-hour interview. Everything seemed to go fine, and the people were nice, but it's been ages and I still haven't heard back. I emailed them twice, and only got a reply to the first one saying they'd let me know soon. Still waiting on the second email asking if I'm still in the running. It's a bummer 'cause I was really into the job and thought I'd be a good fit, but if they can't even give a heads-up after three interviews, they're probably not a place I'd want to work anyway.
I had one interview where we talked about my career and schooling. We discussed why I wanted to join the company and how I could contribute. We also talked about salary, when I could start, and the work hours.
