It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I met with a manager and then a partner. There weren't any technical questions or case studies, just a really basic, easy interview.
The interview process has three stages. First is a fit prep where you'll get STARL format questions about teamwork, handling tough situations, and your problem-solving approach. Next is a case interview. You'll receive a case with exhibits beforehand. It's usually a problem needing optimization or solving, similar to actual job tasks. Since you get everything in advance, it's not interviewer-led. You'll then present your findings and answer questions throughout. Finally, there's an Excel test focusing on data crunching, finding statistics, spotting patterns, and sorting data.
There were 4 interviews, mostly getting-to-know you type questions rather than technical ones. The first two were behavioral and conversational. The third one was technical (you should know basic data processes - look up "basic data analyst questions"). The fourth was a chat with a senior consultant about what the day-to-day job entails.
