Candidate-reported interview process

So first up there was a basic motivational interview, then I had to do a presentation and then there was Q&A on that and some final commercial questions. After that, I had a timed 30 minute Excel assessment in a technical setting, with Q&A on the assessment. Then a technical interview focused on restructuring. The final part was a coffee chat with some of the team.

It was an online Teams interview with 2 directors/senior directors. If that went well, there was an in-person case study/values interview with Managing Directors/Senior Managing Directors. The case study involved creating a presentation/report, and the values interview focused on personality and team fit.

Had a virtual interview with the team in the department. They didn't seem to care much about my past experience or specialties. Asked some quick questions that didn't really relate to the job. They seemed kinda engaged.
