Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was less formal than at similar companies, feeling very much like a conversation. I spoke with the lead recruiter and a senior manager. It seems like an impressive and growing firm with a great culture that really cares about its employees. They placed a high value on candidates who fit their culture and had relevant industry or functional interests.

You'll have up to 3 rounds. First, an HR round. Second, a manager round. Finally, a director round. Show you're confident and know your stuff, but if you don't know something, just show you're keen to learn and grow.

The first round was in-person, featuring a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Unfortunately, Ankura did not respond after that, and my follow-ups were ignored. While other consulting firms usually keep candidates updated, Ankura apparently doesn't. They ended up wasting my time.
