It was a quick behavioral interview to see if I'd fit the culture. It felt comfortable and easy going. They asked typical interview questions.
The interview process started with a phone screening by a recruiter to determine my fit for two potential teams. After that, I had two rounds of interviews with different managers within a week. I got the offer a few days later.
It was a pretty straightforward process. There were 3 rounds in total. I made it to the final round, and they flew me to NYC to visit the offices. The interviews included some case studies and some personality-based questions.
