First, we got a link to fill out a questionnaire. Then, there was a selection for an online group activity. After the activity, there was an interview with an HR person and the hiring manager.
It was an online interview and I had to use a laptop or desktop PC or phone with a camera to record myself. I really enjoyed the work I did, but I’d love to dive deeper with a specific healthcare company, which is why I’m so excited about this opportunity with Metro Health Center.
I had a virtual interview using hireview, with a specific completion timeframe. It also included some game-based questions to assess my skills.
