The selection process was very dynamic with specific questions for the role. I was interviewed by two people who asked me technical questions and also about my teamwork skills.
The main goal of this interview was to see if you could handle being on a mining site for 3 months, like if you'd get lonely or get bored in your free time.
So I had this 8 panel interview, like, each person asked me about 3 questions. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. It started off with 'tell me about yourself' and then went into some scenario-based questions.
