Candidate-reported interview process

The process was thorough but enjoyable. It started with a take-home or technical screen, followed by a technical round, and then concluded with final rounds that included both technical and behavioral interviews. The behavioral part involved a chat with the CEO.

So I had this screening call where they told me about AngelList, then another interview with an engineering person. We chatted about culture, not tech stuff. The interviewer was super busy, doing other things in a coffee shop. It felt pretty surface level, and then I just never heard back. Pretty weird.

Got a technical challenge to do offline, took about a day. After submitting that, I had an online interview with two engineers.
