Had 7 interviews, each about an hour long, with the entire team. All questions were relevant and in-depth. They laid out the whole process clearly from the beginning, with no changes.

The team was friendly and respected my time, giving prompt updates on the next steps. Although the role wasn't a match, they gave helpful feedback, which is uncommon. I'm happy to explore other opportunities with them later.

It was tough, with like 12-13 interviews in total. It's a grueling multi-stage process where they hit you with rapid-fire questions. You'll face case studies, pitch mock-ups, and technical deep dives. Expect some partner grilling and stress tests too. They also evaluate cultural fit and you'll be competing with other candidates. Lots of high-pressure scenarios and exhaustive due diligence. It's relentless intellectual probing and strategic thinking challenges.
