First, I had to submit a deal sheet. The first round was purely behavioral and experience-based, designed to assess my fit. It was a very conversational and relaxed Zoom call with the recruiter, a standard first step with nothing unusual.
Had 7 interviews, each about an hour long, with the entire team. All questions were relevant and in-depth. They laid out the whole process clearly from the beginning, with no changes.
The team was friendly and respected my time, giving prompt updates on the next steps. Although the role wasn't a match, they gave helpful feedback, which is uncommon. I'm happy to explore other opportunities with them later.
