Candidate-reported interview process

I met someone inside a Walmart at a Subway. They asked me some questions on a computer. Then we took a tour of the store where they gave me a brief overview of the job. After that, they made an offer.

An agency recruiter reached out about my resume. I missed their initial call and had to play phone tag for a few days before finally connecting. We then scheduled the interview, which involved standard questions from a list and some light conversation. Just as I was expecting to hear about the next steps, I was given an envelope containing instructions for a drug test. I was also told to update my online profile and that they'd inform me about the training schedule.

The interview process moved really fast and was direct, but they were still polite. They asked a lot to be sure I was the right fit. My interviewer was really pleasant and humorous.
