I applied when they were hiring a lot of people. I got a call and they basically asked me if I had a car, a valid license, and if I was 18.
I saw the job posting and didn't hear back for about two months before getting a call for an interview. I met with the District manager and the job seemed really interesting. They told me the pay scale was $28,000, but didn't mention that it included variable monthly commission, so the base pay was actually $23,000. This was really misleading because I never made more than $3000 in commission in a year.
