Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone interview with an assistant. The process was quick and direct, with typical questions. Since they hire many interns each semester, I don't think it was very competitive.

It was an in-person group interview with 2 or 3 other candidates led by two current employees. They asked about our backgrounds, hobbies and why we were interested in this line of work. I ended up interning there twice a week for the remainder of my schooling.

This was a pretty straightforward phone interview. We discussed my previous experiences and how I could contribute to the company. She also provided a good overview of the company's operations. I got the job offer pretty quickly afterwards.
