This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. The first two rounds were fine, they were with other assistants, but the third round was like hazing. They put me and about 6 other people in the same time slot to meet with Liza. She was mean the whole time, barely answered any questions with more than a few words, and laughed at what my parents did for work. They'll ask a lot about your weekends to see if you have a second job to make ends meet. Also, watch out for the office dogs, they chewed up my pants.
I applied on Indeed and got a call for an interview with the manager. The interview was very simple, like they didn't really prepare for it. I applied to Duane Blanton, which is one of their companies in Illinois, but they have three other locations out of state.
I had a phone interview with an assistant. The process was quick and direct, with typical questions. Since they hire many interns each semester, I don't think it was very competitive.
