started with talking with a recruiter then an initial technical screen. This was followed up by two more technical screens, a couple of manager interviews and finally an interview with a member of the Office of the CEO. Overall it is a long process, but the team works with you on your scheduling. Only had one step rescheduled but that was done very quickly.
So first I had a recruiter chat, then a coding test, then another coding test, then a system design interview, and finally a chat with the manager. I told them about my blockchain background, but the design part was all blockchain and I didn't know the terms. It's dumb to waste people's time. They don't even make you use the language of the job, which was also a problem. The funniest part was the rejection email saying to ask questions, but it was a no-reply email and no phone number. They should be clear about expectations from the start.
So basically there were 2 rounds of coding interviews, one was like a basic leet code question and another one was more react/framework focused. Then there was a system design interview. After that, I had a few rounds of technical discussions with engineering managers. Then a quick chat with the CEO, and then they made an offer.
