I had a conversation with a recruiter, and it went great. Then, I met with the hiring manager. That chat also went well, and I was told I'd be moving forward. But then, a few days later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. Honestly, I don't have any respect for this company after that.
The interview process started with a relaxed chat with a team lead. Then, I had three 30-60 minute calls with three other team members. After that, I presented a case study to all four of them. The last step was a meeting with the CEO. It was a really thorough process where both me and the company got to know each other better. The case study was practical, letting me work on a real business issue. Everyone on the team was smart and friendly, with deep knowledge in their areas (like staking). Alex, the recruiter, was really helpful in moving things along, and the team was always available for questions. I believe this process leads to an offer.
It was a 5 step interview process. It started with an HR call and then a code interview. Finally, there were 3 different interviews. The code interview was easy, but the next step with the 3 different interviews was difficult.
