Amwell Manager interviews, decoded.

It was a 3 round interview process that took about a month. The rounds included technical, peer, and VP level interviews. The team was diligent and moved things forward quickly. The technical interviews were situational and didn't include any take-home assignments.

It was an easy and fast process, everything was done within a week. The interviews were casual and they had realistic expectations for answers. It wasn't too long, and they respected my time. There were no annoying questions or dreadful tasks required before getting hired, unlike other interview processes.

I applied and a recruiter reached out the next day. We set up a phone screen, and I met the criteria to move forward. They quickly schedule an interview with the hiring manager, and a couple of days later, they say they need to reschedule. A week passes, and I hear nothing. So I reach back to the recruiter to see what’s going on. They then set up a meeting with someone else, and then cancel it later that day. All I got was an email saying the scope of the role changed.
