This interview is all about checking your technical chops, how you solve problems, your data analysis skills, and if you've actually improved processes before. You'll need to talk about projects you've done, how you fix stuff when it breaks, what stats tools you know, how you work with others, and basically how you make things better – like getting higher quality, better yield, lower costs, and faster speeds in manufacturing or other operations. They want to see you can really make things efficient.

Interview process: As a fresh grad, the first stage was an interview with the local manager. It focused more on problem-solving, soft skills, and communication. The second stage was with the global director and was more technical, covering previous internship experiences and leadership experiences.
