The first interview round went well, and I was invited for an onsite interview in Valencia. The interviews on site were fine, and they told me they would get back to me. In the end, I was rejected.
This interview is all about checking your technical chops, how you solve problems, your data analysis skills, and if you've actually improved processes before. You'll need to talk about projects you've done, how you fix stuff when it breaks, what stats tools you know, how you work with others, and basically how you make things better – like getting higher quality, better yield, lower costs, and faster speeds in manufacturing or other operations. They want to see you can really make things efficient.
It was two rounds of interviews. The first was maybe a recruiter call and the second was with the Function Head. After a few weeks, HR let me know I was shortlisted.
