Candidate-reported interview process

First up was a quick 5 min coding questions. Then the 2nd interview was a lot of basic firmware concept questions and some behavioral questions. Overall, a pretty good interview process.

It was 8 rounds total. They asked me software questions where the "correct" answers, in the interviewer's opinion, are actually big no-no's in embedded software. On a brighter note, one of the founders was really nice, but the other one showed up late and then spent about 10 minutes berating me after I was asked what my biggest flaw was.

So, there were 5 rounds in total. It started with a tech screen with the hiring manager, then we had three live coding rounds with different engineers, and finally, I met with the co-founders for the last round.
