Candidate-reported interview process

It was a long interview process, with at least 6 interviews in total. There were 2 or 3 technical interviews. I started with HR, then had interviews with three managers who were technical, followed by the CEO and President. The last two interviews had tricky questions and one or two riddle questions.

The interview process felt unorganized. The interviewer was late and went over the scheduled time. The first part went well, but the second interview with the same person felt like a different person entirely and wasn't a good experience. The talks were interesting and the role seemed good, but the poor time management and lack of respect for my schedule made it feel disorganized and disrespectful. I hope they use this feedback to improve the candidate experience.

So, first there was a recruiter call, then two technical rounds. I got to the second technical round which was with senior management. They didn't ask me any technical stuff for the role or my profile, but instead some logical riddles and basic electrical engineering questions.
