It’s a great opportunity to start your career and get involved with the team. If you take advantage of this experience, your research and communication skills will definitely improve.
The interviewers seemed uninterested and had forgotten about my interview. One interviewer wasn't present, and the other mentioned that the questions were 'weird'.
They asked me some questions about my interest in human rights, my academic and co-curricular background, and my language capabilities. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. Overall, they were very friendly and supportive.
