The interview process was competitive and included a challenging communications-related task during the final round, requiring journalism knowledge. The workplace seemed to have a lovely community, but it wasn't very international, except for the fundraisers.
The interview process was pretty quick and felt friendly. It was a panel with three people, but only two of them asked questions. They asked me about teamwork, my availability, and if I had any questions for them.
