Candidate-reported interview process

I had a school interview and they liked me and I got an offer a couple weeks later. The hiring manager was the sector manager as well. He came in person to the first interview. This is how close they want to know there employees.

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then HR interviewed me a few months later with some basic questions. After that, I flew to LA for the onsite interviews. Six people interviewed me, with each interview lasting 30-50 minutes. Some interviewers seemed unprepared, reviewing my resume during the interview and asking which position I was interviewing for. It felt like some interviewers weren't invested and were waiting for the hiring manager's decision. I emailed the hiring manager for an update after two weeks but got no response, and I wasn't selected, likely because I didn't answer the hiring manager's questions well.

The interview process was really great, though it was intense because I met a lot of people. The team members were very positive. They asked all the right questions and some hard ones too. They were looking for specific examples from my experience and I had to back up what I said with proof.
