Candidate-reported interview process

Phonescreen was not hard, hoping the onsite will happen too.

The interview process was one full day of 10-hour-long interviews and a presentation. They no longer do this for Bachelor level, only Masters and up. The day was long and dinner was provided at the end. They asked me to stay in a hotel the night before even though I lived in the area. Things have changed though and they are much more careful with the money. I am very happy I got the job and everyone was extremely friendly.

I got contacted pretty quick after submitting my resume to a recruiting company. The first step was a phone interview that lasted about an hour. After that, they invited me for a half-day interview event. During this, I got to tour the campus and had five separate one-on-one interviews, each lasting around 30-45 minutes. I got the job offer a week later and started the week after that. The whole process felt smooth and efficient.
