I went through 6 interviews, each an hour long. There were 1 to 7 people interviewing me at once in each round. Some questions were simple, others were tough. I got a few technical questions, but mostly situational ones.
A recruiter reached out to me for an initial phone chat. Then, I had an in-person interview. The first part of that was a panel interview, which I think went really well. After that, I spoke with the person who did the phone interview, and it felt like a continuation of our earlier conversation, just in person.
A recruiter from Amgen reached out first for a phone screen. Then, I had another phone screen with an HR manager. Following that, I interviewed with the hiring manager and some team members. After that, I interviewed with a group of managers from a cross-functional team. Finally, I interviewed with the head of quality for the site.
