Candidate-reported interview process

It was a quick interview process. They are looking for smart people who can learn and train themselves quickly. You need to be a fast learner or they will fire you.

The interview process included an initial phone chat, followed by an on-site interview. I spoke with the direct manager, and then with site-specific ancillary management and internal customers of the department. The location I interviewed at seemed quite separate from the corporate office in Thousand Oaks; I even sensed a disconnect in priorities during the interview.

Phone screen then a face-to-face interview. The whole process took 3 weeks from interview to job offer, giving enough prep time. The people were friendly, the campus was nice, and the atmosphere was great.
