Candidate-reported interview process

Scheduling the interview was simple. There were two rounds. The first round was a phone interview where they asked about my previous experience. The second round was a panel interview with the team, and they asked more detailed questions about my work style and technical background.

We start with a phone call, then move to individual interviews and maybe a panel. It's a pretty typical interview process. I think the phone screener is taking notes to give to the hiring manager.

So first I had a phone interview with the recruiter to talk about my skills and experience, and they gave me some general info about the role. Then, I went to an on-site panel interview with some team members. After that, I had another on-site, this time a one-on-one with the hiring manager.
