Candidate-reported interview process

Submitted my resume and then a Senior Recruiter gave me a call. We had a phone interview and they asked about my salary expectations. They are still hiring for this new position. The Hiring Manager wasn't too chatty, so I had to be the one to reach out for any updates.

I was submitted by a recruiter and got scheduled for 4 in-person interviews on the same day, just 2 days later. Before the interviews, I got emails to complete background check info. The first interview was an hour with the hiring manager, then I had a panel interview with 3 people. Most questions were about personality and my current process management. A few days after that, I had one more interview with another hiring manager. They gave me a verbal offer the same day as the last interview and a written one the next day. After I accepted the verbal offer, I got drug test info. The whole process was very straightforward.

It was a standard corporate interview flow: first, a recruiter pre-screen, then a phone chat with the hiring manager, followed by a day of interviews on-site with potential teammates, lasting about 30 minutes to an hour each. I noticed the company culture felt very welcoming throughout the whole process.
