Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had three stages. I interviewed for the public affairs department. First, I spoke with HR, then I met with the manager, and last I met the executive director.

The interview is mostly behaviorial questions based on your resume and past experience. It's about an hour long. They'll ask about your past internship and school project.

I sent in my application and about a month later, I had a phone interview with the group leader. The questions were pretty standard. She went over the project and what I would be doing, and also asked about my career aspirations. Overall, it was a good experience.
