Candidate-reported interview process
It was a pretty standard interview. They asked some basic questions about my past work experience. Then they asked why I wanted to join the company and for me to share examples of past situations. They also inquired about my experience with SAP, 'my buy', and similar tools.
i had a phone interview, then went in person for an interview with a panel of three people, including my direct manager. this was before covid, so it was still in person. i didn't get an offer.
Interview with HR. Then interview with the Hiring Manager (could be one or two times). Then an Offer. The time between each stage is about 2 weeks. Need to push the recruiter a bit to get an update on our application status.
