Candidate-reported interview process
I had 5 interviews with HR, the Finance Director (we met twice), the Benefits Manager, and then a joint interview with the Finance Director, Commercial Director, and the General Manager. Each interview lasted about an hour and the questions were tough. It was three weeks after all the interviews before I asked for feedback and got a generic rejection email from HR.
The interview process at Amgen is quite good and detailed. They were very accommodating; I flew into CA and was picked up and taken to the hotel. Someone hired by Amgen showed me around town to help me get familiar with the area. On the interview day, interviewers were scheduled sequentially. After finishing, I was dropped back at the airport.
The first step was a phone interview, which served as a screening.
