Candidate-reported interview process

Applied through my college's career website and was invited to a first round interview on campus consisting of two different interviews (both technical and behavioral questions). Invited to a super day on Amgen's campus which involved four consecutive interviews.

I went through a two-step phone interview process. Mostly, they asked about my interest in Amgen and why I'd be a good fit. They didn't really ask much about my technical skills. It went well with both people I talked to, and I got an offer a couple weeks later.

The interview process involved two back-to-back 30-minute Skype interviews. If selected from those, candidates were invited to Amgen's campus for a 'Super Day,' which included about 4 hours of interviews. The Super Day focused heavily on behavioral questions, aiming to assess culture fit. The company assumes candidates have the necessary skills for the role but emphasizes the importance of clear articulation of ideas.
