Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, then another phone screen with an HR recruiter. After that, there were three 1-hour panel interviews with senior engineers and managers. The questions were mostly behavioral or about my background, past work experience, and interests. I also got to ask a lot of my own questions and learn more about the role.

I had 6 interviews for the Senior Engineer, Automation position. Each interview was about 30 minutes to an hour long and I met with one or two people each time.

I applied online through Glassdoor and HR called me within 2 days for a quick phone interview. Then, I had an on-campus interview.
