I went through on-campus recruiting. Because of a special process, there was just one 30-minute on-campus interview that was mainly behavioral. Getting the interview itself was super competitive though. The hiring manager was great and replied quickly after the interview. I got an internship offer pretty soon after, in early December.
The hiring manager was looking for someone with a machine learning background. I had trouble understanding the manager's question due to their Indian accent. I'm Chinese, and perhaps that's why I struggled, as I observed Americans seemed to understand them well.
So after I applied, I got a call or email to set up the interview and they let me pick the time that worked best for me, which I did.
