Amgen Data Engineer interviews, decoded.

I did a quick online test after applying, and then about a week later, I got contacted for an interview. It was a group thing with 12 other people, and we were split up to do one-on-one interviews with three different people, followed by a tour.

The hiring manager reached out to me directly, and we had a quick chat about my background and the job. He then told me I'd have 4 Skype technical interviews, scheduled within 3 days. These were mainly resume walkthroughs and behavioral questions. The HR person was quite negligent and never got back with the outcome. I feel it's important to value a candidate's time, which they invest in the process. Even a rejection would have been appreciated.
