Candidate-reported interview process

I was asked to come in to interview with the manager and another employee in the department. Then I was contacted by the manager a week later that I had received the position. The job was through a temp agency but Amgen was quite responsive.

I had a panel interview. The manager seemed unseasoned and unprofessional.

After applying, I was quickly contacted for a phone screen with someone in the department. Following a brief 9-minute phone call, I was invited for an in-person interview two days later. The interview went well. I met with 10 other people in groups of two.
