Candidate-reported interview process

Applied through sunlink, then interviewed at school. It took 6 weeks to get a response, and I'm still waiting on the results. There were no technical questions, only behavioral ones. Just be prepared and you'll do well.

I applied through the school career portal and got a call back within a week. The interview was behavioral and lasted about 15 minutes. They let me know the results within 3 weeks. The whole process was clear and systematic.

The interview process had 2 stages. First, there was an initial interview with the hiring manager and the person I would report to. This was followed by a second interview round. It included a 30-minute meeting with the Head of Department and another 30-minute interview with an HR officer.
