Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was mostly HR questions, and there were two interviewers asking resume-related questions. They also talked about the role. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

I had an initial phone screen followed by an onsite interview with 5 people. The interviewers were really nice. The only downside was that due to some company restructuring, my hiring got delayed, and it ended up taking about 5 months before I could join.

Had 2 Skype interviews, one with the director and another with the manager. The director talked about the job, and the manager tested my Excel skills. They sent an Excel file beforehand to prepare, which wasn't too difficult.
