Amewas Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

I interviewed with five people, some engineers and some managers. They asked me about my work experience, but not many technical questions. The interviewers were nice, and the whole process was pretty easy and comfortable.

The whole process took about two weeks. It started with a phone interview for the interviewer to get to know me, my experience, and my motivation for wanting to work at AMEWAS. Then, about a day later, I was invited for an in-person interview. This one focused on my technical background and whether it matched the job requirements. I found everyone I met to be friendly and genuine, which made it easy to be myself. A few days after that, HR called me with an offer.

I sent in my application, and then they got in touch for a phone chat. I thought it went pretty well, but then I never heard back from them again. The role was for their new office in Orlando, and I was talking to people all from Maryland.
