Candidate-reported interview process

Had a few questions about my past experiences and my motivation for joining this company. They also explained the role to me. It was quite a pleasant conversation, and the people I met were very nice. They asked about my overall goals and aspirations. All in all, solid questions and I enjoyed the discussion.

It was good overall. The interview process was solid and quite streamlined. I had a good interview experience and would recommend it. It was quite brief, yet efficient and to the point.

The interviewer gave me a rundown of the role, including pay and what's expected. They also had me take a personality test. My interviewer, Kevin Kraske, was pretty upfront about the job – it involves a good amount of driving, and you'll basically need to be available from 10 AM to 7 PM, depending on when potential clients reach out.
