Candidate-reported interview process

Had a few questions about my past experiences and my motivation for joining this company. They also explained the role to me. It was quite a pleasant conversation, and the people I met were very nice. They asked about my overall goals and aspirations. All in all, solid questions and I enjoyed the discussion.

It was a quick interview. You need to bring your energy because the role involves standing for your entire shift and engaging with groups for home improvement demos. Lead generation is key. The goal is to 'sell a demonstration' by identifying customer issues through conversation. Many customers might initially decline interaction, so this job requires more energy and is tougher than it sounds.

It was good overall. The interview process was solid and quite streamlined. I had a good interview experience and would recommend it. It was quite brief, yet efficient and to the point.
