Candidate-reported interview process

I had great experiences during the interview process, very professional. Spoke to the assistant manager, and the manager. They asked a lot background questions. At the end the interview I was introduced to the team, which was a good sign that it was a good interview.

First, you'll meet with the branch manager and assistant manager. If they like you, the manager will contact you to take a timed assessment. You need to pass this assessment. After that, there will be a negotiation. Then, you get the position.

I talked with an assistant manager and a branch manager, and they were both really nice and easy to talk to, like we'd known each other for a while. They asked me questions about situations I might face and also about my past work experience.
