I was contacted via LinkedIn. We had a phone screen, and then I went in for an in-person interview with the HR Business Partner and the HRBP Manager. They were great to work with and I really liked the team.
Started with a phone chat with the hiring manager, then went in for an on-site with the team. Felt like it went well, but after following up, I never heard back, and then got an automated rejection three months later.
The interview process was good and easy. We discussed my experience, the team, handling multiple tasks, and whether I get along with coworkers. We also talked about my AML experience, years of experience in AML, and what I like about it.
