Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really smooth. I got called in less than a week for the interview, and the manager offered me the job right then and there. Honestly, it was one of the easiest interviews I've ever been through.

I took an online test and then about a month later, I was called in for an interview. It was an hour and a half long and very thorough. The manager talked about concerns they had and addressed them openly. After the interview, I had to take another test. I wasn't expecting it and had to leave soon after. I didn't do great on the test, but it felt fair. The only downside was that the manager said they'd call with a decision, but they never did.

I was interviewed by two managers, the interview was relaxed and fast. I was the only other person there and was told to leave the room after the interview and then brought back in for the job offer. I was then told to do a drug test the same day and upon passing I could start.
