Candidate-reported interview process

Had a phone/video chat on Microsoft Teams. They went over the job duties and asked about my past jobs. It felt like a pretty casual chat, and they asked the usual stuff. They also wanted to know when I could start working.

Applying was straightforward. I was in contact with the recruiter and the hiring manager. I had an interview with the manager, which went well, then I interviewed with some employees. After that, there was nothing. I got no feedback. I think it's really unprofessional to be in contact and then ghost me. I followed up twice for feedback and still heard nothing.

I interviewed with the manager and then supervisors. I got an offer within two weeks. Be prepared, have some knowledge about propane. It was a relaxed interview. Be yourself! I got an offer within two weeks.
