Candidate-reported interview process

It was very professional, and the recruiter was pleasant and patient. She asked direct professional questions and clarified areas I did not clearly get her questions. On the whole, it was more of a conversational and interactive interview.

The process for this role involved an HR interview, a written assignment, an interview with the manager, and finally a panel interview. Frankly, it felt like way too much for the low salary they were offering. During the HR interview, the senior HR person kept cutting me off while I was answering.

The interview process started with a chat with People and Talent, followed by a Competency Assessment. This assessment involved a budget and program development exercise, which mirrors the job's tasks. However, the assessment was sent to my inbox late, so I had little time to finish it before it was due.
