The recruiter was nice and gave good info, and the first talk went well. They said what the next steps were, making it sound like I'd move forward, but that didn't happen. It would've been better if they were more clear about when decisions were made.
It was very professional, and the recruiter was pleasant and patient. She asked direct professional questions and clarified areas I did not clearly get her questions. On the whole, it was more of a conversational and interactive interview.
The interview process was long but well-organized. HR did a great job communicating expectations. All interviewers were punctual and made me feel comfortable and respected. The process included: an HR interview, a scheduled competency assignment, an interview with the supervisor, a panel interview with team members, and an interview with the VP of the program.
